However, you should be the full amount (JPY) via direct deposit in within one week after booking. (Credit card can not be used)

Upon cancellation of a reservation, you will be charged a certain percentage of the total amount of accommodation.

No contact / No-show 100%
Notice : If your booking pack was an Early-Bird rate, 10% of the cancellation fee from you have booked will occur. Please see the notice at the booking information.
If your flight was cancel by typhoon or others, you wouldn't need to pay a cancellation fee to us.
